USACE Omaha District intends to gauge Industrys interest and capabilities in providing the requirement described hereunder. The Government welcomes qualifications and capability statements from all qualified entities regardless of federal construction experience or business size. The responses to this notice will be used for planning purposes for the upcoming procurement(s). This notice does not constitute a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotes, or Invitation for Bids (IFB). It does not guarantee the future issuance of an opportunity notice, nor does it commit the government to execute an agreement or pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this notice.
