(part number 10-08803). - Product requirements: Swiss Therapy Eye Mask or equivalent; sterile, clear, conforming hydropolymer eye cooling compress for use after eye surgery. - Delivery and shelf life: Deliver to the 81st MDG at Keesler AFB within 5 days after order, FOB destination. A 24-month, non-extendable shelf life is required.
