PTA Monaco D-21 Emergency Communications and BT-XM Mass-Notification System Modernization

The U.S. Army is seeking to modernize emergency communications and mass notification at Pohakuloa Training Area in Hawaii. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of the Army, 0413 AQ HQ RCO-HI, Directorate of Contracting; end user is Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA). - OEM: Monaco is identified in the PWS filename, and the system must be compatible with Monaco D-21 Version 2 and BT-XM. No other equipment OEM or vendor is named in the provided materials. - Equipment: Two D-21 V2 server systems and supporting server/client kits, monitors, UPS units, network switches, RFM-X units, antennas, coaxial cabling and accessories; 18 BT-XM mass-notification assemblies with 18 BT-X relay boards, plus associated antennas, mounts, lightning arrestors and cables.
