IHS ILI Surveillance System Modernization Services

The Indian Health Service is seeking services to modernize its Influenza-Like Illness surveillance system for public health monitoring and reporting. - Government buyer: Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP), Office of Public Health Support (OPHS). - Requirement: One firm-fixed-price job to evaluate, enhance, validate, and support the ILI surveillance system while maintaining compatibility with existing I/T/U data sources. - Work and deliverables: Assess current processes, algorithms, data sources, and system gaps; develop automated data ingestion, monitoring, reporting, dashboards, and documentation; validate system enhancements; and plan for future syndromic surveillance expansion and transition to IHS management. The SOW also calls for three quarterly progress reports. Description

This requirement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set aside. Quotes will be considered only from eligible ISBEEs under the applicable NAICS code.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Indian Health Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the Modernization of the Influenza-Like Illness (ILI) Surveillance Process and Algorithms Project. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 75H70427Q00001. See attached solicitation and three additional attachments for the complete requirement, instructions, provisions, and clauses.
