Request for Quote (RFQ): PORTABLE LED SCREEN

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 202609290001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

FULL and OPEN COMPETION This acquisition is Full and Open. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Background: The primary objective of this acquisition is to procure a 23' x 13' LED screen to provide clear, high-visibility viewing for large audiences. This capability has consistently been identified as a priority by command, group, and unit leadership. Once fielded, this system will significantly enhance attendance, engagement, and the reliable dissemination of information during critical military events, including Change of Command ceremonies, award presentations, and Commanders all-calls. Product service code (PSC) J062 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 335139 are being considered for this requirement.

Basis for Award: Comparative Evaluation In accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will utilize a Comparative Evaluation. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to represent the best value to the Government.

This request for quote is being issued in accordance with RFO 32.703-2(a) and RFO 52.232-18 solicitation in advance of funds.

Notice to Quoters/Suppliers: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are certified and available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government assumes no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of a quotation.

The Government reserves the right to award all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), award select CLINs, or create additional option CLINs subject to the availability of funds and the evaluation criteria set forth herein.

Proof of CMMC Level 1 Foundational compliance in SPRS module of PIEE: As of 10 November 2025, this is a mandatory requirement for contract eligibility when handling Federal Contract Information IAW R-DFARS 252.204-7021. It focuses on basic cyber compliance through an annual self-assessment. Please follow the guidance provided in the attached document titled “CMMC-PIEE SPRS Assessment Guide-Level 1” to assist in the preparation and submittal of your Level 1 Self-Assessment to SPRS.

This letter does not grant permission to begin work on the proposed requirement. It is requested that your quote be submitted as soon as practical, but no later than (NLT) 1300 PDT 30 September 2026 to allow for analysis and processing.
