Description
The project renovates Rooms 202 and 322 in Walters Hall to convert existing spaces into research laboratories. Work includes partial demolition, partition and ceiling work, relocation of existing base cabinets from Baker Hall, and installation of countertops, sinks, fume hoods, center lab counters, and reagent shelving. The scope also includes HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, including new ductwork and related systems, receptacles, electrical reels, and relocation of lighting, panels, and circuiting. The contract term is 150 days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
