USACE Solicits Seasonal Custodial Services for Eight Harry S. Truman Lake Recreation-Area Packages

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking seasonal park-custodian services across eight recreation-area packages at Harry S. Truman Lake in Missouri. - Government buyer: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, W071 Endist Kansas City Contracting Division; Harry S. Truman Lake Project is also identified. Thibaut Point materials identify 8 shower/latrine facilities, 1 vault toilet, 1 change house, 1 sanitary dump station, and 63 campsites. Bledsoe Ferry includes a heated CXT comfort station and separate litter-pickup work. - OEM/vendor names: CXT is named in connection with the existing comfort station. No service contractor or reseller is identified. - Term and set-aside: Each package has a one-year base period and two one-year options; work is performed seasonally, generally from spring into fall. Description

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the simplified procedures outlined in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-1. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ27QA011 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Quotes are due at the date and time listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Quotes shall be submitted in

PDF via e-mail to evan.oathout@usace.army.mil. All quotes must be good for at least 90 days from the due date.

Description of Services Required: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for custodial services at multiple recreation areas and facilities located at the Harry S. Truman Lake Office. The Contractor shall perform all required custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) applicable to each individual package under this solicitation.

The anticipated Period of Performance for each package is as follows:

- Package 1- (CUS 01) FY27 HST Mass - Berry Bend Custodial: 01 April 2027 - 31 March 2028 + 2 Option Years
