DLA Troop Support is seeking commercial kitchen equipment and installation for Camp Pendleton mess halls. - Government buyer: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. - OEMs and named vendors: Stero, Nichols Custom Stainless, Powersoak, Salvajor, TragenFlex, and GSI (identified as furnishing the Power Soak system). - Equipment requested, one of each: - Stero flight-type utensil washer, model STBUW-2T, two-tank, right-to-left operation, with booster heaters and a 60-inch unload section. - Nichols Custom Stainless tabling and sinks, model TABLING, custom 25-foot-6-inch stainless-steel table with three sinks; includes a welded Salvajor P914 collector and Power Soak system furnished by GSI. - Powersoak utensil washing system, model 2246360, with a 60-inch wash sink, PS-200 controls, heating, and sheet-pan rack system. - Salvajor pot/pan scrap collector, model P914, with pre-flushing, collection basin, scrap baskets, and a 3/4 HP pump. - TragenFlex conveyor system, model CONVEYOR, including rotary tray accumulation, dish tables, pre-rinse stations, controls, sensors, and waste collection. - Services requested, one each: factory-certified assembly of the Stero dishwasher; factory-technician assembly and interconnection of the TragenFlex system; and kitchen-equipment installation, including removal and disposal of existing equipment, delivery, utility connections, and on-site welding. - Notable requirements: installation is to be performed after hours to avoid disrupting mess hall operations. Stero assembly must be completed by a factory-certified representative to preserve warranty coverage; unauthorized assembly of the TragenFlex system voids its warranty.
