The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking proposals for annual software maintenance and support services for LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG, InstantID, and Waterfall Email & Phone Service. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Information Technology (DIT) - Acquisition Services Branch (ASB) - OEM Highlight: - LexisNexis is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all requested products and services - Products & Services Requested: - Bridger Insight XG software maintenance and annual license (part number: LN-Bridger) - InstantID & Waterfall Email & Phone Service maintenance and support (part number: NPN) - Premier Support Center software maintenance (part number: LN-PSC) - Quantities: - Each product/service is requested in a quantity of one per year, covering the base period and two option years - Unique Requirements: - Offerors must be authorized LexisNexis resellers or the OEM - Compliance with federal regulations and contract clauses is required - Annual subscription model with potential for renewal up to three years - Notable Details: - The procurement covers both software licenses and ongoing support - All items are specifically branded LexisNexis solutions, limiting competition to authorized providers

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites you to submit a quote in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) CORHQ-26-Q-0314 for LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG, InstantID and Waterfalls Software Support. All proposals/quotes shall be submitted in strict adherence to the proposal instructions outlined in provision 7.3.2-09 “General Proposal Instructions – December 2023”, included in the referenced solicitation. The FDIC will respond to questions or requests for clarification submitted in writing by an offeror, regarding this solicitation. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. (Central Time), on Thursday, October 1, 2026, by email to Tammy Mattox at tmattox@fdic.gov.
