Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove and install one culvert (4-foot diameter and 65 feet long with skirting on both ends) on the West White Pine State Forest Road in Aitkin County. The project requires a lump sum price for mobilization, erosion control blanket, granular fill bedding material, culvert removal and installation, aggregate surfacing, and topsoil. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal by October 8, 2026. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting specifications and terms.
