Description

The project involves renovating and modernizing the existing County of San Benito Free Library, including adding approximately 1,640 square feet of new space. The goal is to improve safety, accessibility, functionality, building systems, and the public-service environment to support current and future library programs. The selected Design-Build Entity will complete final design, permitting, construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout to deliver a safe, code-compliant, fully operational public library within budget and schedule.
