The Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCB Nova Scotia) is seeking qualified service providers to deliver Disability Management, Return-to-Work (RTW), and Assessment Coordination Services for its employees. This RFP includes two service streams: (1) Disability Case Management, RTW, and Assessment Coordination Services, and (2) Expedited Assessment and Clinical Service Coordination Services. The successful proponent(s) will support employee recovery, accommodation planning, and safe, timely return-to-work outcomes through collaborative, employee-centered service delivery. The Board may award one or both service streams and reserves the right to engage multiple providers based on organizational needs and value.
