Description

The State of Nebraska, Department of Administrative Services, Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau is soliciting bids to select a qualified bidder to provide Polyethylene Signs. The contract term is four years with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. The contract may not be exclusive, as the State reserves the right to contract for similar goods from other sources. In case of contract cancellation or need for additional vendors, the solicitation may be used to procure goods for up to eighteen months from the Intent to Award date, with bidders required to honor original responses including proposed costs.
