Description

This project involves replacing interior floor and wall finishes throughout Nicholson Elementary School, excluding kitchen and bathroom floors. All restroom fixtures and accessories will be replaced. The front entrance will be upgraded with a new security vestibule, storefront windows and doors with security glazing, and a transaction window into the office. Structural stabilization will be performed at the rear of the building using helical piers, and exterior brick will be removed and replaced where separated. Additionally, the parking lot, bus loop, and fire lane will be repaved, and new aluminum canopies will be installed at the bus loop.
