The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking a licensed psychologist to conduct psychological fitness assessments for applicants to the Minnesota Conservation Officer position, a licensed Peace Officer role. - Government Buyer: - Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Enforcement Division - Contact: Monica Hanson, Contract Officer - Services Requested: - Psychological fitness testing for Conservation Officer candidates - Administer, score, and evaluate a suite of psychological tests: - Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2) - California Psychological Inventory-Police and Public Safety Report (CPI) - Shipley Institute of Living Scale-2 - How to Supervise - Form M - Candidate and Officer Personnel Survey (COPS Test) - Survey of Ethics in Law Enforcement (SELE) - Structured clinical interviews and additional assessments as needed - Provide feedback and determine candidate suitability (Pass/Fail) - Quantities and Schedule: - Testing occurs twice annually for up to 15 candidates per cycle (minimum 30 candidates per year) - Unique Requirements: - Psychologist must be licensed in Minnesota and board certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology - Minimum three years of experience in public safety or law enforcement pre-employment screening - Compliance with Peace Officer Standards & Training Board (POST Board) requirements - Services to be delivered at contractor's location - Period of Performance: - Initial contract term of two years, with options to extend up to three additional years - No specific OEMs or commercial product manufacturers are named; the opportunity is for professional psychological services, not for the procurement of physical products.

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking a licensed psychologist to assess the psychological fitness of applicants for the Minnesota Conservation Officer position, a licensed Minnesota Peace Officer role. The psychologist will conduct and evaluate various psychological tests, provide feedback on these tests, and perform additional assessments or interviews as necessary. The work must comply with standards set by the Peace Officer Standards & Training Board (POST Board). The contract term is anticipated from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2029, with options to extend.
