Description: The United States Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District (USACE-MVS) is in the phase to determine interest in the leasing and availability of Class A/B office space containing a minimum of 77K rentable square feet (contiguous) within a 10-mile radius from its current District office located in the Robert A. Young Federal Building in Saint Louis, Missouri. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Governments’ needs and force protection security requirements. The lessor must be willing to accept a twenty-year lease with a one-year firm term with 19 one-year options under our leasing authority, Title 10 USC 2661.
