The City of Manteca is seeking qualified firms to provide full architectural and engineering services for the Manteca Navigation Center Project. The project involves the adaptive reuse and renovation of an existing vacant facility into a Low Barrier Navigation Center to provide temporary shelter and supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness. The selected consultant will be responsible for design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout. Proposals must be submitted electronically by November 3, 2026, and a mandatory site walk is scheduled for October 15, 2026.
