This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites non-binding proposals for Electric Utility Construction & Maintenance Services for Overhead and/or Underground Distribution Linework. The selected proponent will negotiate an agreement with the City for an initial term of one year, with possible extensions up to four additional years.
