Description
Collin County is soliciting qualified firms to provide Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (TAB) and Commissioning (Cx) services on an as-needed basis for various projects. The scope includes testing, adjusting, balancing, and logging data for HVAC systems, pumps, heating, cooling, and related equipment, as well as verifying safety, operational, and control systems, and providing training and reports. Firms must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, be certified by the AABC Commissioning Group, have a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, and meet other specified qualifications. The contract is a Professional Services Agreement with an initial one-year term and four annual renewals.
