Description

The project involves various sidewalk and roadway improvements throughout the City of La Habra, including removal and reconstruction of PCC sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveway approaches, AC pavement trenching, wheelchair ramps, outlet basin repair, wood bridge installation, parkway regrading, landscaping, sod installation, root pruning, tree removals and planting, root barriers, striping, and incidental work. A Class “A” or “C-8” State Contractor’s License is required. The work is to be completed within 45 working days from the start date specified in the Notice To Proceed, with liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day for delays.
