Description
The City of Bellaire is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive review of the City's civilian, police, and fire compensation structures. The study will cover approximately 153 employees across 83 job titles and include market benchmarking and pay structure analysis. The selected firm must develop dedicated peer groups or customized compensation surveys for police and fire personnel and review supplemental compensation practices such as certification pay, shift differential pay, education pay, bilingual pay, and longevity pay. Additionally, the firm will evaluate the feasibility of establishing job families within the existing compensation structure. The City intends to select a single firm to perform all services and deliverables outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
