Description

The Government of Ontario's Infrastructure Technology and Operations Division intends to issue a Request for Bids to procure Client Value Acceleration (CVA) Program services. The CVA Program, introduced by IBM in 2025 as a replacement for the IASP Program, allows clients to independently report their use of IBM software and be exempt from audits while participating. Bidders must be IBM authorized SAM Providers. The contract aims to maintain operational and business continuity for the Ministry's technology infrastructure services.
