The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals from qualified organizations or firms to provide Major Home Repair Services to homeowners and renters in East Palo Alto. The contract is for one year with the possibility of two one-year extensions based on fund availability and service satisfaction. The program is funded by a one-time allocation of $800,000, with grants up to $30,000 per household to assist at least 22 households.
