The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI), through the Siletz Community Health Clinic (SCHC), is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide planning, design, bidding support, construction administration, and closeout services for a two-phase remodel of the Siletz Community Health Clinic located at 200 Gwee-Shut Road, Siletz, Oregon. The remodel aims to improve clinic function, patient and staff flow, privacy, safety, accessibility, and long-term operational efficiency while allowing the clinic to remain operational as much as possible. The project will be executed in two coordinated construction phases with a focus on maintaining safe patient access and minimizing disruptions. An optional pre-proposal site visit and walk-through is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT, also available via virtual conference.
