Work must meet applicable codes and specifications, ADA accessibility requirements, and relevant ACI and ASTM standards; specified concrete mixes range from 3,000 to 5,000 PSI. A minimum one-year warranty applies to workmanship and materials. Contractors must be able to perform work of varying scale and complexity and comply with applicable codes, specifications, and ACI standards.
