Description

The San Bernardino County Community Development and Housing Department is seeking proposals from qualified property management companies to provide property management services for the Orange Blossom Permanent Supportive Housing. The services include managing all aspects of property management such as daily operations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor management, safety and security coordination, compliance monitoring, financial reporting, unit turnover, inspections, lease enforcement, emergency response, and coordination with County departments and supportive service providers. The contract term is for a maximum of three years with two one-year extension options. A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 6, 2026.
