Description

MassHousing is soliciting proposals for a Salary Survey/Benchmark Compensation Study to evaluate its salary structure and compensation practices against relevant external labor markets. The study aims to ensure salary ranges remain competitive and aligned with comparable public and private sector organizations. The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive market analysis, provide recommendations for updated salary ranges, and present findings to the Executive Team. The project must be completed within ninety days of contract execution.
