Description

The Greenfield Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) NSPIRE inspection services. These services include annual inspections, initial inspections, special inspections, re-inspections, inspection reporting, compliance documentation, and related inspection activities in accordance with HUD NSPIRE requirements, Housing Choice Voucher regulations, applicable federal requirements, and GHA policies. Approximately 500 annual/initial/special inspections and 175 re-inspections are anticipated annually. The contract term is one year with one additional one-year renewal option at the sole discretion of the Greenfield Housing Authority.
