The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is seeking qualified engineering and professional consulting firms to provide on-call, as-needed professional services supporting the Cowlitz Falls Hydroelectric Project and other existing or future generation resources and initiatives. Services will be authorized through individual Task Orders. The scope of work is further described in Exhibit 2, Scope of Work.
