Description

This solicitation is for the rebuild of a maple syrup system. The work includes providing materials such as leader pan sets, raised diamond flue pans, single syrup pans with bottom draw off, pan flow inverters, sight levels, valves, connections, float boxes, closed and suspended hoods built to match current roof penetrations, steam stack to reach roof, gaskets, and conversion of drop flue arch to work with new raised pans. The scope also includes repair and rebuild of the rear area including base stack, delivery, installation, and face-to-face onsite staff training on operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the new equipment for a minimum of 4 hours.
