Description

The County of Colusa is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional transportation safety planning services. The scope includes preparing two complementary countywide safety planning documents: a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan and a Local Road Safety Plan (LRSP). Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by November 16, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor’s Office in Colusa, California. Oral, telephonic, faxed, or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The County reserves the right to reject any proposals.
