Description

The Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to serve as the Facilitator for the Low-Income Energy Efficiency Accountability Committee (LIEEAC) North Subcommittee. The selected vendor will provide facilitation, administrative, operational, and fiscal support under the direction of the LIEEAC North Regional Subcommittee Leadership and ICC Staff oversight. Responsibilities include coordinating committee operations, stakeholder engagement, meetings, communications, website management, grants, stipends, financial administration, and reporting to support the effective operation of the Committee and advance its statutory purpose. The contract is expected to start around January 1, 2027, with a transition period overlapping until March 31, 2027, and includes developing and maintaining a new LIEEAC North Subcommittee website.
