Description

The Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide expert project management and technical support services for electrical infrastructure planning at the Salt Lake City Intermodal Terminal (SLCIT). This effort supports the Salt Lake Inland Port Clean Air Plan (SLIPCAP) funded through an EPA Clean Ports Program Climate and Air Quality Planning Grant. The selected consultant will manage the electrical infrastructure planning project and support the implementation of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure necessary for deploying zero-emission technology at SLCIT. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 16, 2026, and the contract award will be based on the highest scoring responsible offeror meeting all requirements. The total proposed cost shall not exceed $113,000, and all services and deliverables must be completed on or before December 1, 2027.
