Description

The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) is seeking contractors to provide controlled, legend, and over the counter (OTC) medications for incarcerated individuals under DOCCS custody. The contract will cover all DOCCS correctional facilities statewide in New York. These contracts will serve as standby contracts, utilized only when the primary vendors under the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Statewide Pharmaceuticals contract cannot supply individual prescriptions as required. The contract term is 2 years with 3 optional 1-year renewals.
