Description

Nassau Health Care Corporation (NHCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Workflow Management Platform exclusively for the Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC) Emergency Department (ED). The platform will manage the ED's POCUS lifecycle, including patient matching, modality connectivity for ED ultrasound fleets, image archiving, structured clinical reporting, quality assurance (QA), ED provider credentialing, resident education, and bidirectional integration with the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR), PACS, and billing systems. The contract term includes a three-year base period with three additional one-year extensions. The solicitation includes goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) at 6% and Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) at 30%.
