SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to purchase Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc. (CAPS) Outsourced Compounded Preparation Products from a contract awarded by Premier under section 163(3)(vi), allowing purchase from a consortium without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors selling equivalent CAPS products may contact the listed officer to discuss procurement. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k (Lobbying Law), restricting contact to the designated individual.
