The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking proposals for conference services to host the 2028 and 2029 TWC Statewide Conferences. The services include providing conference and meeting space, food and beverage, and sleeping rooms. The conferences are three days long with additional pre-conference meetings and events. Preferred locations are San Antonio and Houston, but other Texas cities that can accommodate the needs are also considered. The proposal must include self-parking availability and current parking rates, and all venue bids must be submitted together if multiple venues are proposed.
