Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is seeking a qualified Maintenance Provider for its Sponsor-A-Highway Program. - Government Buyer: Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) - Scope of Work: - Comprehensive litter removal services on limited-access highways, including I-95, I-495, I-295, SR 141, SR-1, Puncheon Run Connector, and US 301 - Provider must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, and administrative management - Litter removal required at least 20 times per year, with increased frequency (twice monthly) from April through November - Provider is responsible for recruiting business sponsors, marketing the program, and fabricating/installing sponsor recognition signs (with DelDOT approval) - Compliance with Delaware Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices (DE-MUTCD) and DelDOT safety requirements is mandatory - Provider must have at least one year of relevant experience - All marketing and sponsor recruitment costs are the provider's responsibility - No joint ventures permitted; provider must meet insurance and registration requirements - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Term: Three years with an option for a two-year extension
