The Ministry of Transportation and Transit (MOTT) in British Columbia is seeking legal survey services to support property acquisition, tenure negotiations with First Nations, and historical research within or adjacent to reserve lands. The contracts are for an initial two-year term with an optional one-year extension, with up to 10 contracts valued at $500,000 each. Services are to be provided on an as-and-when-required basis, with no minimum guarantee. The estimated contract period will be 36 months.
