The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), through its Division of Information Technology (DIT), is seeking subscription maintenance support for DigiCert SSL certificates and related services. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Information Technology (DIT) - Office: DOA/ASB - OEMs and Vendors: - DigiCert (primary OEM) - VeriSign (referenced in initial solicitation) - Products/Services Requested: - 265 units of DigiCert Secure Site EV SSL certificates (part number: Secure Site EV) - 2 units of DigiCert Secure Site OV Wildcard SAN SSL certificates (part number: Secure Site OV Wildcard SAN) - 2 units of DigiCert Code Signing certificates (part number: Code Signing) - 1 unit of DigiCert Business Support Certificate-based Code Signing (part number: Digicert Business Support Certificate-based) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on Extended Validation (EV) certificates for high security on external sites - Compliance with FDIC security and contract requirements - Vendors must provide terms and conditions, warranty terms, representation and certifications, pre-award SCRM information (if applicable), and a letter of authorization from the manufacturer - Preference for government-approved terms and acceptance of GSA Schedule or NASA SEWP contracts if applicable

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ CORHQ-26-Q- 0341 for VeriSign/Digicert Subscription Maintenance. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.  

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

Price Schedule or Quote – Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable) Letter of Authorization from manufacturer Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable)
