The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information for a potential procurement of a digital library subscription service for creative assets. - Government Buyer: - National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) - National Geospatial-Intelligence College - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; well-known OEMs in this space include Shutterstock, Adobe, Getty Images, and Envato. - Products/Services Requested: - Subscription platform providing access to high-resolution, editable vector graphics and diverse media assets - Asset types include photos, vector illustrations, videos, audio, fonts, and 3D models - Must support at least 50 concurrent users with multi-user/team access - Unlimited asset redownloads with perpetual, royalty-free usage rights - Compatibility with Microsoft Office and Adobe products - Advanced administrative management and reporting tools - Cloud-based platform with compliance to NIST SP 800-171 and FedRAMP Moderate baseline - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Images downloaded must remain available for use after the performance period concludes - Security requirements for cloud providers (NIST SP 800-171, FedRAMP Moderate) - Administrative console for user management and reporting - AI-driven design tools and advanced search capabilities - Period of Performance: - One base year (12 months) with two 12-month option periods

Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. NGA is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.

NGA has an ongoing need for subscription service that provides access to high-resolution, editable vector graphics and diverse media assets that eliminate risk of copyright infringement and streamline creative design workflows across the enterprise. The platform shall be accessible by multiple concurrent users, support advanced administrative management, and provide unlimited asset redownloads with perpetual, royalty-free usage rights. The platform shall allow for updates of the media assets and multi-users/team access to support a minimum of 50 users. Images downloaded should be available to use at the conclusion of the performance period.
