Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Hologic, Inc. Panther System Software License and Panther system maintenance. The Panther system is proprietary and may only be licensed by Hologic, Inc. The place of performance will be multiple Veterans Affairs Facilities within the VISN 23 area. The NAICS code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $34 Million, and PSC J065.
