Description

Elgin Mental Health Center is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive laundry services for the Facility. The awarded vendor will be responsible for ensuring the timely, hygienic, and efficient laundering of all designated items, including but not limited to linens, uniforms, towels, and other washable materials used within the facility located at 750 South State St., Elgin, IL 60123. The contract is a multi-year agreement with an initial term ending June 30, 2029, and the vendor must provide price per pound for an estimated annual laundry volume of 343,000 lbs. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026, at 10am at the FTP Building, 750 South State St., Elgin, IL.
