The Public Service Commission (PSC) is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to evaluate the core Focus on Energy Programs. The evaluation will measure the performance of these programs against goals and targets established by the PSC. Additionally, the contractor will evaluate the U.S. Department of Energy’s Home Owner Managing Energy Savings (HOMES) Rebate Program and the High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate (HEEHR) Program, collectively known as the Home Energy Rebate (HER) Programs, delivered by Focus on Energy in Wisconsin.
