Description

Request for microbiology testing media for Seattle Division Microbiology Department. These products are mandatory for the identification of pathogenic organisms.  Products required for the selection and identification of Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus (VRE). Products are ordered monthly, and these supplies enable microbiologists to identify disease in veteran patients.

The vendor will deliver the kits and reagents associated with this contract within a reasonable window of time after ordering has ensued. The vendor will adhere to the priced schedule submitted with the quote of these materials. The vendor will provide SDS sheets for all media upon request. Times and dates of delivery to be determined by the PSHCS Microbiology Department.
