Description

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids for the cleaning and renovation of the Magnolia Bridge located at 1419 Petty Street. The project includes debris removal from storm drains, cleaning and painting of storm drains and metal guardrails, replacement of missing storm drain grates, sanding and sealing of wooden handrails, graffiti removal from the bridge deck and sidewalk, and re-striping the bridge with traffic-rated paint. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on-site on October 8, 2026, to assess conditions and verify work quantities.
