The South Atlantic and Gulf Fishery Management Councils will hold a joint meeting of their Scientific and Statistical Committees on October 20, 2026, and the South Atlantic Council will hold a meeting of their SSC from October 20-22, 2026. The meetings will discuss topics including the Black Grouper Management Strategy Evaluation, Florida Hogfish assessment, Dolphinfish Management Strategy Evaluation, and bycatch reporting methodologies.
