Cecil County Department of Emergency Services intends to modernize the audiovisual systems in the Emergency Operations Center, Strategy Room, and Conference Room. The project aims to replace outdated and unreliable equipment with reliable, commercial-grade systems that are simple to operate, consistent across rooms, and capable of platform-neutral videoconferencing. The systems must be suitable for extended emergency operations, locally operable without internet reliance, fully documented, and supportable by the County after installation. The project will be delivered as a complete turnkey installation and must be completed by May 31, 2027.
