The County of Bergen, NJ, intends to participate in the Sourcewell contract for Waste and Recycling Equipment and Containers 0108-25-WQI to purchase six (6) Wastequip thirty (30) cubic yard waste containers model NJ 206739NE through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program. The contract term is from May 28, 2025, through May 19, 2029. The Purchasing Agent intends to make a contract award to Wastequip Manufacturing pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell RFP # 010825. Bergen County is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
