The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking information from qualified providers for an upcoming contract for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) services in Springfield, Illinois and surrounding counties. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Justice - Federal Bureau of Prisons - Services Requested: - Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for up to 50 male and female federal offenders - Home Confinement (HC) services for up to 25 male and female federal offenders - Both services must be provided within specified Illinois counties, with home confinement placements within a 200-mile radius of the RRC facility - Contract Structure: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract - Tiered pricing structure requested to ensure reasonable pricing - Both service line items will be awarded to a single provider - Unique Requirements: - Facility must be located within specified Illinois counties - Home confinement placements must be within 200 miles of the RRC facility - Services must accommodate both male and female federal offenders - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are mentioned; this is a service-only procurement.

This announcement is posted as a Request For Information (RFI) only for an intended upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the SAM.gov website. This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This upcoming solicitation will be for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) services with a facility located within Illinois Counties of Adams, Brown, Pike, Scott, Morgan, Cass, Menard, Sangamon, Macoupin, Greene, Montgomery, Christian, Dewitt, Macon, Piatt, Champaign, Moultrie, Coles, Douglas, Ford, Vermillion, and Edgar. Home Confinement (HC) radius is within 200 miles of the RRC facility.

Currently, the Bureau of Prisons does not have RRC and HC services for male and female federal offenders in this area; therefore, an IDIQ replacement contract is being requested. In an effort to obtain reasonable pricing it is requested that a tiered pricing structure be incorporated. It is the intent of the Government to award both line items to a single provider.
